The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) has announced an Fulbright FLTA Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) program until 2024. It is a FLTA Program is for English language teachers from all over Pakistan. This is a chance to improve their teaching abilities and increase their English proficiency. FLTA Program is a nine-month course that will instruct Urdu and Pashto within American educational institutions (Colleges as well as Universities). The program is fully funded and will begin in the fall of 2024. We’ll now let you know more about the program.
The Fulbright FLTA participants Fulbright FLTA can assist with the amount of 20 hours language instruction each week. They are also required to attend at least two classes each semester. One of these courses must include US Studies. The rest of the coursework should relate to future careers as an English education.
Female and male candidates who are from AJK, GB, Balochistan, Punjab, Sindh, and KPK may submit their applications prior to 8 March 2024.

Fulbright FLTA Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani citizen with a legitimate Pakistani Passport.
- Resident of Pakistan during the process of nomination and selection.
- Be an early-career, young educator.
- A minimum of sixteen years formal schooling.
- You can become a teacher or instructor of an English language or another related subject at the university or college or university level.
- Experience in teaching is preferential.

How To Apply for Fulbright FLTA program
An entire application with academic transcripts and letters of recommendation, must be submitted online before the application deadline. The application is online. Paper copies are not accepted.
The last day to submit an application to apply for Fulbright FLTA 2022 expires on March 8th, 2024.
