Martin Dow, Multinational Healthcare Group Pakistan, has created another program for students at IBA Karachi, under the M. Jawed Akhai Scholarship seat program.
Ali Akhai (Chairman of Martin Dow Group) met with Dr. S Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director of IBA Karachi, to formalize the scholarship program that aims to strengthen the legacy of the founder chairman.
This program will provide scholarships in memory of M. Jawed Akhai to help students attend IBA.
Martin Dow Group Scholarship Program 2024 For IBA Students Details
Ali Akhai (Chairman Martin Dow Group) expressed his opinions at this event. He stated that Jawed Akhai was the Founding Chairman of Martin Dow Group and he focused on improving the quality of life in underprivileged communities. Martin Dow has made sustainability part of its business model according to our core values. Our belief in Creating Distinction For Life means that we are here to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.
He said, “We are continuing this legacy by further enhancing our relationship with IBA Karachi through M. Jawed Akhai Scholarships for the Needy, contributing to the sustainable cause and building positive connections within communities.”

Till now, the Martin Dow Group has been IBA’s long-standing partner in delivering an international-standard health & learning environment to students.
Martin Dow Health Centre was created to offer free medical care to IBA students, faculty, and staff. M. Jawed Akhai’s gold medals, shields, and other rewards were also introduced to reward and motivate the IBA’s best students.
