It is reported that the Punjab government has split districts into two different phases to accommodate the winter holiday schedule. According to the official announcement, it will be holidays in 24 districts in Punjab from December 23 until January 6, and in 12 districts, there will be holidays starting from January 3 until January 13.

Winter Vacations Schedule 2022-23

The districts that have been selected for winter holidays from December 23 through the 6th of January include Sahiwal, Gujarat, Gujranwala, Pakpattan, Sheikhupura, Okara, Vihari, Khanewal, Lahore, Khushab, Hafizabad, Multan, Toba Tek Singh, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Sargodha, Mandi Bahauddin, Lodhran, Nankana Sahib and Jhang are included.

Kasur, Sialkot, Narowal, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Pakpattan, Sheikhupura, Okara, Vehari, Khanewal, Lahore, Khushab, Hafizabad, Multan, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Sargodha, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Nankana Sahib and Jhang. 23 December 2022 to 6 January 2022
Jhelum, Mianwali, Attock, Muzaffargarh, Chakwal, Bhakkar, Rawalpindi, Rajanpur, Layyah, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Chiniot. 6 January 2022 to 13 January 2022

Apart from that the districts in which the winter holidays will commence at the beginning of January and conclude on January 13 comprise Rajanpur, Leh, Jhelum, Mianwali, Attock, Muzaffargarh, Chakwal, Bhakkar, Rawalpindi, Rahim Yar Khan, DG Khan, Chiniot.
