PUMHS for Women started its journey as a medical school exclusively for females under its title Peoples Medical College which was founded by the then Prime Minister Zulifqar Ali Bhutto in 1974. According to estimates around 6000 lady doctors have trained at this college to date. Peoples University Nawabshah Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates who hold completed the course with a grade in MBBS are eligible to take this course.
- Candidates may apply for one degree or diploma simultaneously.
- The deadline for submission is the day after the due date. the form will only be considered after paying the late fee which is Rs.500or less.
- for the M.Phill Course Candidates with MBBS with current PM & DC registration are qualified.
- To apply for MSPH Candidates who have an MBBS with a one-year residency home job with PM&DC are qualified.
- In order to be considered for D.M.J: Candidates must have passed MBBS with two years of experience in teaching as a lecturer at the Department of Forensic Medicine.
