Eligibility Criteria for Admissions
All candidates who have completed HSSC (Pre-engineering) or the DAE (Relevant areas) with 50 percent marks are suitable.
Admission Form
- Candidates can apply online by visiting www.admission.hamdard.edu.pk.
- First, you must create an account and register using an email address that is valid. After that, log in and you can access the admissions application form.
- Complete the form and fill in all the pertinent details needed.
- After that, create the fee voucher and pay the fee at any UBL branch. UBL.
- Complete the admissions form and after that the admit card will be in the admissions office.
- Print off an admit card and bring it for the entrance test.

Hamdard University is a sign of excellence and superiority that is the reason why each year when the University is launching admissions, an overwhelming number of students fill out admission forms so that they are able to gain admission to the University. Hamdard University Fall Admission 2024 is open,
however, the school isn’t yet in a position to offer admission to all applicants therefore an entrance test is designed to determine the candidates who are qualified to be admitted into the university according to merit. How To Apply
1. Account Creation
To sign up for an account online the application is through the Hamdard University Online Application System You must possess a valid email address and a mobile phone.
Make sure to use an account with Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail account to set up your account online for application.
It is suggested to create one account only for online applications. Note down the details of your sign-in after making the account i.e. your username and password details and make sure you don’t share it any other person. These are required to log in again.
2. Register at “http://apply-admission.hamdard.edu.pk/” by entering your name, Mobile No. (Will be kept by the University for only the purpose of registering you for admission), email address (please ensure that you’ve registered your email address as active) and Password.
3. You will receive the User Identification and username and password via email.
4. Please log in to the Admission Website Portal by using your User ID and password sent to you via email.
5. Go to the next page of the admission portal and fill in all the necessary details.
6. Please make sure to upload the appropriate photograph of the candidate as mentioned in “Guideline for the Online Application-Photograph”.
7. On the last page, Fee Voucher will be generated, which will include the Application ID. Along with your personal information and the fee to be paid in the commercial banks that are designated. Account No. and the bank code is listed on the Transaction Slip which has to be included in the deposit slip or challan form (if the form is applicable).
8. Go to the branch of the bank that is designated in the Fee Voucher.
9. Submit the charges in the manner stated on your Fee Voucher.
10. Admit card is available on the admission portal upon confirmation of the fee payment through the banking institution ( within 3 working days).
11. Don’t forget to bring the printed copy of your Admission Test Admission Card on the day of the Admission Test (mentioned on the timetable on the admissions website).
12. Merit lists for every faculty will be available at Hamdard University as per the admission schedule.
