Sindh Minority Affairs Scholarship for Inter, BS and MS 2024

Sindh Government Minorities Department offers the opportunity to award scholarships to minority students who are studying for Intermediate, Bachelor, and Master’s Degrees. Applications are accepted by the director of the institution by April 30, 2024.

The application process is open to Students of Minority Communities for the award of scholarships in various kinds of categories (from higher secondary1 colleges, Universities) in accordance with the policies and rates for the current fiscal year 2024. The deadline for the application submission is April 30th, 2024. The following guidelines are strictly observed The following criteria will be strictly adhered to:

Conditions for Eligibility to be eligible for the Sindh Minority Affairs Scholarship

Regular Minority Students from Government Institutions (only) who have passed their annual exam within the one-year fast and who have attained more than 50% are qualified to apply. For the GPA system, the evaluation form from the institution of choice is required.

The Parent Income of the candidate should not exceed Rs. 35,000 per month.

Apply for a Minorities Scholarship by the Sindh Government

  • The application must be submitted on a Prescribed Performa that is accompanied by an attested copy of the marks sheet for the final exam. If you are applying the semester system, attested copies of the marks sheets for the two semesters preceding and the Father/ Guardian’s parent’s original Income Certificate.
  • All details of the students involved will be verified by the head of the educational institution as well as confirming that an attested duplicate of the school’s progress report/marks sheets from the most recent annual exam demonstrating the actual performance of the student has been approved. Marks sheets that are prepared using paper or printed on plain paper that has been re-cut cannot be accepted.
  • The Head of the Institution or employer should verify the financial situation of the student’s parent or guardian prior to making the income Certificate.
  • The principal of the Institution must verify that all applications are completed in every regard and that all required documents and certificates are included prepare a list of the students eligible for admission and forward the list to this Ministry together with a cover letter signed by the head of the institution.
  • Students who receive financial aid such as stipends, scholarships, or other financial assistance, stipends, scholarships, etc. from other sources are not eligible.
  • CNIC/NADRA B Form Number (in the case of a child younger than years)of the student must be recorded on the form. You must also attach copies attested by the identical. It is not necessary to include a copy of the parent’s or guardians’ CNIC.
  • The entire New Application Form should be filled in correctly and with care, including your name, institution,
  • and class. Forms that are not completed will not be accepted. Students at private colleges aren’t able to apply for admission, and their applications are rejected at the first level.
  • Students/parents/guardians are advised, in their own interest to provide a contact number and email address to get possible queries resolved in time.
