Online Fee Payment for Passport in Karachi details is given below. A payment option for fees online to get a passport has been established in Karachi. According to reports, citizens who live in metropolitan areas would not be required to wait in long lines at the bank because they could pay for the passport fee on their phones. The fee for passports would be paid using a mobile application called ‘Passport Asaan Fee’ or an online portal. The service will be available starting the following month.
Candidates have started paying fees via the mobile app and the web portal application. The app is available for download from the Google Play Store and the App known as Passport Fee Asan for online fee payments. It provides an easy procedure for payment.
Based on the information it allows citizens to complete the payment using their credentials and photo and make the payment at home, rather than waiting in long lines at the bank. Banners are displayed at passport offices and branches of national banks to help potential applicants. Be aware that this payment method is not refundable and is not transferable

The Passport Act, 1974, and Passport & Visa Manual 2006 regulate the issue of passports. There are four kinds of passports issued:

2-Official Passport

3-Diplomatic Passport
Diplomatic Passports are issued to dignitaries of the State and Diplomats Diplomatic Passports will be given to State officials and Diplomats as per the Para 45 of Part-I in the Passport & Visa Manual, 2006.
4-Emergency Travel Document
The Emergency Travel Document (ETD) is issued to Pakistanis who are abroad in the event of emergencies, to allow them to return to Pakistan at any time.
