Khairpur Need Cum Merit Based District Scholarship 2024

In 2024-25, students in the Khairpur District who demonstrate exceptional ability and merit will be eligible to apply for the Need-Cum-Merit Scholarship. The scholarship is open to students from the Khairpur district who are enrolled in any of Pakistan’s public-sector colleges or universities (ideally those accredited by the Higher Education Commission; HEC) and who meet the conditions.

Khairpur district merit-cum-need based scholarship 2024-23 applications are due one month after the scholarship is announced. Financial aid presentations will be made on December 28. Therefore, the application deadline is January 12 of 2024. Therefore, the application submission deadline is set for January 21st, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for Khairpur District Scholarship

1. Both the candidate and his legal guardian must be able to show proof of permanent residency in the Khairpur District, called a “Domicile and Permanent Resident Certificate” (PRC).
2. All applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 75% in their most recent exam. A case GPA of 3.00 will be used in merit determination.
3. Marks Proof of Graduation from Your Last Course (Only Annual Marks Certificates Issued After 2019 Will Be Considered)

Learners of the following fields Any and all I courses/programs are welcome to apply:

• BSc/M.Sc/B.S (4Year) (4Year)
• BCS/BIT/MIT B.Ed (4-Year) from a variety of Universities and Degree Colleges B.E/B.Tech (4-Year)/MBBS/BDS/DVM I BSc (Engineering Technology).
• B.A/LLB/BBA/BPAJM.A/MBA/MPA (Regular students of Universities and affiliated degree colleges in stated disciplines can apply) (Regular students of Universities and affiliated degree colleges in mentioned disciplines can apply)
• Associate Engineer (DAE) Degree in Three Years (Only Third-Year Engineering Majors Eligible)

NOTE

• This award is not open to students who are paying for their own education at a public university or college but would otherwise qualify.
• This award is not available to master or doctoral degree candidates.
  Scholarships set aside for women and people of color total at least 10%, while those set aside for people with disabilities total at least 5%. If, however, the limit is surpassed on the basis of open merit, there is no restriction.
• If a certain percentage of slots are not filled, those slots will be reallocated to open merit seats.
• Online bank accounts in the name of the Eligible/qualified students specified we provided in the application form will be credited with the Scholarship amount.

Application Procedure/Documents Required

• Forms for the 2024-23 school year are the only ones that will be accepted.
• Candidates must provide a signed enrollment verification form from their current college, institute, university, or school.
• CNIC of the student (if underage, a Form of NADRA must be attached) and his/her father/guardian with notarized copies of both documents showing current addresses and birth dates.
  Certified Photocopy of Student ID
• Certified copy of the Pass (Pacca) Matriculation Certificate bearing the student’s date of birth.
• Dates of First Use Prove that you’ve passed the most recent exam with this certificate (2021 and onwards)
  Statement of Father’s or Guardian’s Income.
• If the father or legal guardian is a government worker, a copy of his most recent pay stub must be included.
  The recent picture is passport-size.
• No later than January 21, 2024, the Head of the Institution must submit the application to the Scholarship Cell/Branch in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner/Chairman Need-Cum-Merit Scholarship Board Khairpur Mirs.
• Applications/people that are missing required information or are submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Applications may be sent in either the advertised format or a photocopy of it.
