Federal Board of Secondary and Intermediate Education FBISE has issued an important announcement to increase the passing percentage to increase between 33% and 40 percentage. FBISE Latest Increased Pass Percentage is Students must get 40 percent marks on all exams to pass the exam.
FBISE Board also made changes regarding practical exams. The new exam will have separate practicals in each class. This is to everyone worried that FBISE will hold separate practical exams instead of a combined exam at SSC as well as HSSC levels for grades 9th 10th, 11th, and 12th starting with annual Examinations 2024.
FBISE Latest Increased Pass Percentage And Practical Exams System 2024
The board has also raised the pass rate of Inter and Matric exams from 33 percent to 40 percent. An announcement is also made and the decision will be in effect starting with the annual exams in 2024. FBISE Federal Board has changed the system of grading from Marks to a GPS System. The new system will not have marks on the results cards however the result cards will include GPAs from the FBISE as well as the CGPA system.
FBISE New scheme about Practical Exams 2024
Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad has announced that separate examinations for practicals will be held for classes 9, 10, 11, and 12. Before this announcement, practical exams at level SSC level were held at the end of the 10th year and at the HSSC stage at in the 12th year. However, now students are required to take part at the same time in practical tests for both the SSC and HSSC exams.
A notice is issued in this respect and distributed to all relevant departments. The announcement will apply for Matric and Inter examinations in 2024. The notice reads “It is notified for information of all concerned that FBISE will conduct separate practical examinations instead of the composite at SSC and HSSC level for classes 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th with effect from annual examination 2024.”
