CM Punjab Announces Free Education Up to Graduation In Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi declared that education until graduation would be completely free in the province within the institutions of the government. Pervaiz Elahi claimed that this was an offer to the nation in celebration of this celebration of the Independence Day of Pakistan.CM Punjab hoisted the national flag the previous day during an official celebration held in Lahore Fort to celebrate 75th Independence Day.

The Chief Minister Punjab declared that, in the past, education was free until graduation. Still, it will be free until graduation, and institutions for children with special needs and sports facilities will be enhanced. Elahi remembered that he offered free education to students up to graduation during his time as the chief minister. He claimed that Quaid-d-Azam Muhammad Jinnah fought tirelessly to establish a state for the Muslims.

“It is our responsibility as a nation to do our part in the efforts to make this nation prosperous. No matter who is in opposition or the politicians, industrialists, traders, or anyone else working in any area, we are all required to do our best to ensure that it is an economically prosperous nation”.He added: “Pakistan is our identity. If Pakistan hadn’t been created, we would have no identity. Pakistan has provided us with lots of things, and now we are required to pay it back”.

In addition, the chief minister recalled the Kashmiris during the nation’s Independence Day. “We must not overlook the martyrs of Kashmir who lit the flame of freedom with their blood. Quaid-e Azam claimed”that Kashmir is the bloodstream that runs through Pakistan. It is only a matter of time from when Kashmir will be transformed into Pakistan,” 

He claimed that people from every religion resided in Pakistan and that the minority population played a crucial role in building and developing the state. “We must respect the minorities,” said the minister.

He stated that the future for Pakistan is bright. “Pakistan has won numerous achievements and awards throughout its 75-year history. Imran Khan took home in the Cricket World Cup, and Pakistan has won numerous awards in hockey at an international level. Recently, the Pakistani wrestlers and weightlifters have won numerous medals at the Common Wealth Games. We’ll do our best and continue to work to help make Pakistan an economically and socially prosperous nation”. The CM stated that Pakistan enjoyed good relations between Turkey, China, USA and Iran. “The Consul Generals of these countries have come to participate in our Independence Day celebrations for which we are grateful to them”.

CM Punjab Announces Free Education not only but also CM announced that he would give the sum of Rs.3 lakh as a prize to children who performed national songs and Rs. $50,000 for the best singers, and Rs .2 lac for Scouts. CM announced that he would award an amount of Rs. 1 lac for the band of police.

Punjab Govt Scholarships Schemes

The Provincial Benevolent Fund Board invites applications using the prescribed form to grant to recipients of Educational Scholarship through publication in the paper each year.

Children who score 90% or higher in any test (Matriculation or more) receive a unique award, equivalent to PKR 50k instead of the standard rates.

CM Announces Free Education in public schools of Pakistan

The offer of free compulsory secondary and primary education for children between the age of 5-16, free of cost, is stipulated in the constitution of Pakistan. However, experts suggest that the infrastructure, basic facilities, and educational quality provided in public schools must be upgraded.

Pakistan is the second most populous country in the world. According to UNICEF, the number of children not attending school, with an estimated 22.8 million children aged five and 16, do not attend school, comprising 44 per cent of the population in this age range.Chief Minister also lavished praise on the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa for his work to stop terrorism throughout the country.
