UOP Admission Criteria & Requirements
The University of Peshawar observes the below criteria for admission to various studies.
Eligibility Criteria for BA, BS, BSc, BBA Degree Program:
- Intermediate was passed with a minimum of 45 marks
- Passed the entry test with a minimum of 45 marks
Criteria for Eligibility to be eligible for a Masters Degree:
- Graduation marks of 45% in bachelor’s degree, with entrance test qualifying to earn the 45% mark.
Eligibility Criteria for MS, MPhil, Ph.D.
- To be admitted to MS, an MPhil minimum 2.5 CGPA in master’s degree or 60 percent marks in master degree.
- A minimum 3.0 CGPA is required for admission to the Ph.D. program with an admission test that can be passed with 70 percent scores.

Forms can also be downloaded from the university’s official website. Forms received after the deadline will not be accepted.

University of Peshawar Entry Test 2024
Different departments within the University of Peshawar conduct entry tests for admission into different classes of the program. Candidates must pass the test for entry held through the University of Peshawar to be eligible for admission to the university. A minimum of 50% marks must be obtained to pass the entrance test. Once you have passed the test, your application for admission to the test is sent to the admission department at Peshawar University.
