SCHOOL EDUCATION and LITERACY DEPARTMENT Government of SINDH has revealed that it will launch the Sindh Electronic Centralized college admission Program (CAP also known as SECCAP 2024 ) for the government colleges of Karachi. Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program 2024 is a new digital system for students of Sindh. As per the SECCAP policy, this program is responsible for the admission process at all colleges, degree colleges and post Graduate Colleges under the authority of Sindh’s College Education Government of Sindh.
SECCAP Eligibility Criteria
- Students who have passed their SSC/Technical Board /G.C.E (O’Level)or its equivalent exam can apply
- Candidates who passed this exam in the three years prior to 2022 also qualify under the requirement that 5 marks per each gap year will be subtracted from their overall marks to determine their worth
- It is crucial for students who have passed the G.C.E (O level) exam to be able to pass the subjects that comprise English, Urdu, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, and four subjects that are optional.
- A certificate of equivalent issued by I.B.C Islamabad is mandatory for students who are part of this board. Cambridge board.
- General conditions and the specific requirements for each faculty/group and subject that are required for admission to the Intermediate Level must be in line with the guidelines set by the relevant Education Board for the relevant degree, professor, or subject.
- If a candidate applies for admission more than one year behind, he/she must provide an affidavit in showing that they have never been admitted to any other college before and has applied to be admitted for the first time.

SECCAP New Zone System Policy 2024
Students with A and A Plus grades are eligible to apply anywhere in Karachi. Students with A, B, or D grades are able to submit applications only within their area, and with the Secretary of Secap Committee. - Detail Marks/Provisional Certificate of the most recent exam completed
- A Character Certificate from the educational institution that the candidate last attended. When the candidate is able to pass the exam in a private capacity, the certificate must be authenticated by a gazetted officer.

- The required number of photographs is colored according to college policy.
