Selection Method
- In the beginning, an examination for medical conditions will be carried out in AS & RC.
- Then, the Female participants must complete the 1.6 Kilometer area in just 14 minutes.
- Candidates who pass will be eligible to test the ISSB test.
- After these tests, The final decision will be made.
- Shortlisted candidates based on how they performed will be referred to by the GHQ Selection Board.
- The candidates who are selected will undergo six months of instruction at PMA.
- The candidates selected must be bonded and commit to the Army for at least seven years.
