SSGC Job 2023 Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the regulatory framework.
- Drafting, and reviewing legal notices under agreements.
- Draft, review, and opine on reports, correspondence, articles, and other legal documents.
- Advising on matters pertaining to foreign investments, employment contracts, and privatization matters.
- Ensuring positive communication and maintaining a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting SOPs and reviewing company policies.
- Advise the Management of SSGC on procurement matters involving vendors/ suppliers.
- Reviewing commercial tenders from a legal perspective.
- Regulations, contract management, and providing legal opinions on other queries pertaining to corporate matters, etc.
- Attending meetings and representing SSGC in various legal proceedings.
