The IBA-OGDCL Talent Hunt Program is recently launched jointly with the IBA Institute of Business Administration (IBA) as well as OGDCL. Oil & Gas Development Company (OGDCL). With this Talent Hunt Program 2024, those who are eligible from Pakistan will receive assistance for acceptance for the undergraduate (04 Years) programs.
The candidates who have been shortlisted will be given the instruction (orientation) at the IBA over a period of two months where they will be doing the IBA admission test preparation. IBA OGDCL Talent Hunt Program 2024
Candidates who pass an Orientation Assessment test and Interview and who wish to pursue one of the bachelor’s degrees offered by IBA, Karachi in one of the undergraduate programs available are invited to apply. After successful completion of Orientation instruction, applicants must appear in the Admission test of IBA’s undergraduate programs.
Candidates who qualify for admission to IBA are eligible with a 100 percent scholarship or Qarz e Hasna facility for their tuition and other costs based on the assessment of need by the applicant and the recommendations from the financial assistance committee of IBA.
About IBA – OGDCL Talent Hunt Program
The Oil & Gas Development Company Limited is one of IBA Karachi’s most long-standing strategic partners that support IBA Karachi’s Institution in its aim of providing affordable education to communities who are under-served. The IBA-OGDCL partnership in 2016 and 2017 as well as in 2018 as part of the Baluchistan and K-P Talent Hunt Programs has provided support to 27 students by providing Rs. 76.9 million awarded in scholarships to IBA and OGDCL Scholars.
The Institute of Business Administration and the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited, Pakistan have jointly launched the IBA the OGDCL Talent Search Program. The program offers meritorious students from certain districts across Pakistan the chance to gain learning and development at the IBA and to be able to apply for a four-year degree undergraduate program at the Institute.
The IBA OGDCL Program of IBA OGDCL Program will select and educate students from areas that are not served and from communities across the nation for a 2-month length Orientation Program at IBA, Karachi. The program will help students prepare for the IBA’s admissions tests.

Eligibility Criteria for IBA OGDCL Talent Hunt Scholarship
- Candidates who reside in the districts mentioned above are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who completed the HSSC I examination in 2022 and are scheduled to appear for the HSSC-II exam in the year 2024 can apply.
- Candidates who completed the HSSC-II exam in 2022 are eligible to apply.
The IBA OGDCL Program will select and educate students from areas that are not served and across the country for a two-month duration Orientation Course at the IBA Karachi. The program will help students prepare for the IBA’s admissions examinations.
